Advocate, a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (2005) and of the School of American Law, a joint program of WrocÅ‚aw University and the Chicago-Kent College of Law (2012).
Member of the Kraków Bar since 2007.
Marta has several years of experience in legal practice having worked for numerous law offices in Krakow. She also worked as a in-house lawyer for the local supermarket chain, as well as for one of the biggest retail companies in the world. Marta has experience in drafting and analyzing contracts, primarily in the FMCG and construction industries.
In recent years Marta has been involved in numerous proceedings concerning immigration law issues. Marta advises and helps individuals to obtain temporary/permanent residence, work permits, Polish citizenship, and consents for the foreigners to purchase the real estate in Poland.
