Advocate, a graduate of the Jagiellonian University (2005) and The School of French Law, a joint porgram of Jagiellonian University and Université d'Orléans (2004).

 

Postgraduate studies "Medical law and bioethics", Jagiellonian University (2014).

 

member of the Kraków Bar since 2006 and Warsaw Bar since 2010.

 

Agnieszka concentrates her practice on white collar criminal defense and civil representation in property and medical cases. She represents clients in complicated adverse possession cases, including claims against energy transmission companies.  She deals with medical malpractice in both civil and criminal cases. She was a member of the legal team working for TELE-FONIKA Kable and WISŁA KRAKÓW S.A., as well as companies from the banking and energy sector.
